Integrations

Works with the systems you already run on.

AcuityRow runs a Tier 1 bidirectional API with the Buildium Resident Management System over an OAuth 2.0 token. Everything else is a supported import workflow, and manual CSV / PDF fallback is always available.

  • Inbound: Resident Inventory and Incident Logs.
  • Outbound: daily acuity scores and family note drafts for manual review.
  • Fallback: 48-hour queued retry during API outage.
  • Integrity: SHA-256 batch verification for Batches 102 through 899.
